What virtual platform is Machik using for the event? 
Machik Weekend 2022 will be hosted on the Pheedloop platform. Every registrant (both virtual and in-person participants) will have access to Pheedloop. To learn more about Pheedloop, click here. 

I registered but I can't get on to PheedLoop. When will I be receiving access to PheedLoop?
We will send out a direct link to your email that will enable you to access your PheedLoop profile, along with your temporary password, a day before the start of Machik Weekend. 

What is Pheedloop? How do we use it? 
The Machik team has prepared a tipsheet (see below) for participants on how to use Pheedloop. Regarding technology, make sure to use the web browser Google Chrome to access Pheedloop. It is also recommended you use an internet connection offering at least 5 Mbps download speed. You may check your internet speed by clicking here. 

I'm logged into Pheedloop but I have some questions. Can someone help me?
Yes, we have set up an account in Pheedloop called "Pheedloop Support". You can message us there directly and we'll do our best to get back to your question promptly. 

Is there something I should do now to get ready to use Pheedloop?
To access Pheedloop, it is necessary to use Google Chrome as a browser. If you do not already have Chrome as a browser on your system, please make sure to install the free download prior to Machik Weekend.
